This is a piano based ballad, and it’s just gorgeous, it starts off with soulful chords, with Abs’s vocal coming in nice and rich, singing of someone that is the bright light to her life, and singing with such a positive energy it’s infectious.
This reminds me of a quote from “This Is Us” – Beth is talking to Deja, and Deja is a straight talking teenager, and she said to her in one touching scene that Randall loves her “like he’s in a Disney movie or something,” and this is what this feels like the love that just won’t quit, in a world where love seems to be leaving this is what’s needed.
Abs is a singer songwriter from London and started this journey back in 2023, she has been supported by Help Musicians, and also played Tramlines Festival in 2024.
