Our Love
NUUXS is a favourite of mine from 2020 and this is her new single “Our Love”. I have four words – she does not disappoint.
The groove is sultry, to suit a voice that you’d think came out of the 60s, soulful, harmonised… words sung in Spanish…. The strings that soar in and out get me, there are no other instruments, just vocals, bass, drums and strings. The simplicity is what makes this song a favourite for me, and th- wait… Hold on… Did she… just do a cold stop on me right in the middle of a sentence?????
