They are a duo who I\u2019ve been in love with (Musically!) since the release of this gem, their harmonies and lyrics in this song bring a lovely warmth to the soul, and they are one of my favourite discoveries since joining\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/fotnblog\/\">@fotnblog<\/a><br>This is a ballad built around guitar, keyboards and gentle vocals all very wistful, even with a touch of soul but heavy on the folk side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This speaks of a friendship that endures, even using secret codes of torches at windows &#8211; I didn\u2019t realise this until I read the lyrics again. My favourite point of this song is the bridge, and the reason why is because it builds up to a part that lives rent free in my head\u2026.<br>Boodoop boop boodoo doop doop doodoop, just a really simple keyboard riff that will never go away.<br>I wish the girls well in the future and if and when they come back to this they will always have a fan in me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Word on the street is that Sunflower Thieves have put a pause on the band for now.
