It&#8217;s wild to think how quickly time can pass. This track still has that slick production associated with Older, the album from which this track comes from, a really mature sound, George&#8217;s vocals sitting right there, and the genius use of Forget Me Nots by Patrice Rushen for the outro just makes this even more special. I know there were blood sweat and tears to make this happen, and my hats off to Johnny Douglas for pulling it off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ve got synths pulsing, a horn section, an overall futuristic sound that has a vintage edge, and seems to cross decades in its approach.
