This starts off with a lovely glassy fender Rhodes, the shakers fade up and then the drum beat comes in at 0:20, giving that Afrobeat vibe. The chord progression over this is tasty! The rhythmic change at at 0:58 is sudden and so is the addition of strings &#8211; it\u2019s like a ballad right in the middle of the song\u2026 it\u2019s like a b section, and I like the creative thinking here.. it\u2019s not your run of the mill arrangement. The lyrics pose a challenge &#8211; are you being true? Are you being true to your heart? Or just meeting others\u2019 expectations?
