It\u2019s gentle, but very dark in terms of the progression and feel though so it\u2019s quite a contrast! This is an acoustic led number, with strings added for good measure, Andrew sings in the higher register but it\u2019s whispered. My favourite part is when the piano and strings join in at 1:18, it lifts the song. The strings wander in and out and there\u2019s a nice double bass in here as well! It goes all cinematic on us at 2:57 which is my favourite part of the song with a lovely viola solo\u2026 this is the kind of song I\u2019d say Kate Bush would love to hear!<br \/><br \/>Andrew Goldring describes his music as scratchy songs for itchy brains.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I like that.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This song soundtracked my walk around Sainsbury\u2019s.
