With a line up change and the addition of Sherry Sahayaraj, The Music Of Sound keep their melodic flavours going but with a slight spice in flavour.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s talk about the instruments first. It\u2019s a simple arrangement, bass keeping the groove along with the drums with a slight variation in the progression every so often but enough to distract you. The drums are precise, with a tambourine pattern and what sounds like a woodblock under the snare to give it more punch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lyrically if there was a way to put into&nbsp; song the&nbsp; \u201cbig mistake\u201d scene from Pretty Woman, then this is it. This is about a breakup, it\u2019s probably the sweetest way to tell someone hey you screwed up and I\u2019m doing better without you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neil tells me this is the first song that he wrote with Sherry in mind, and it works beautifully.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now big news &#8211; later this month, Music Of Sound are releasing a remix album, featuring friends who have come together and put their own spins on the last album.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oh it\u2019s so good.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Music Of Sound\u00a0is a cinematic postclassical\u00a0dreampop trio featuring young Indian vocalist\u00a0Sherin, English flautist and current BA Performance Student\u00a0Elena Trent\u00a0and veteran Welsh composer\u00a0Neil March.
