Their voices are very different, Frank has a soulful touch whereas Florie\u2019s vocals are suited to folk\/jazz but they find a middle ground, and this song is a perfect vehicle for this.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s an acoustic number, the percussion is gorgeous, something that tends to get buried just for ear candy but everything in this track has a purpose\u2026 hold up is that a tabla? Nice!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>And the string arrangement is beautiful too.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The harmonies that are used here are what caught my ear initially, and that\u2019s my favourite part of the song, Florie and Franck\u2019s ability to just meld together makes me want to give them a round of applause.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The chorus lyrics for me is what gets me:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSilence is music<\/p>\n<p>Silently dreaming<\/p>\n<p>Silence is music<\/p>\n<p>Silently breathing<\/p>\n<p>Silence is music<\/p>\n<p>And the moon can find a place within a song<\/p>\n<p>And the moon can find a place within a song.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Florie Namir is a Tel Aviv-born singer-songwriter and pianist who offers a refreshingly vibrant blend of 1940\u2019s American jazz vocal stylings fused with classic pop music influences.
